2002

Clovertel was founded by Mr. Rajan Mehra in New Delhi, India as the India Partner for Keymile AG, Switzerland

Keymile was a spin-off from the Ascom group Switzerland. The company specialized in providing access solutions for data networks. Rajan Mehra, the promoter of the Company was formerly the CEO & Managing Director of Ascom India.

2002 - 2005

Clovertel successfully implemented:

1. Seamless transition of customers from Ascom to Keymile
2. Building up of the Keymile brand
3. Transfer of contracts and obligations
4. Develop and appoint new business partners for Keymile in India
5. Business generation for Keymile in India
6. Nationwide support structure

2009

Name changed from ‘Clovertel’ to Klovertel.

2009 - 2014

In addition, Klovertel successfully implemented the installation and commissioning of Voice Communication Systems at 30 Indian Civil airports as a sub-contractor to the manufacturer - a Swiss Company .

2015

Mr. Karan Mehra takes over as CEO & Managing Director.

Klovertel appointed as the Indian Agent to Duagon AG, Switzerland

Klovertel appointed as the India Partner to PFIFFNER Instrument Transformers, Switzerland .

2016

Klovertel starts with supply of xDSL modems

2018

Klovertel appointed as the India Partner to Tainet Communication System Corp., Taiwan

Klovertel supplies its first Resistive Capacitive AC Voltage Divider 420kV to the Indian Market

Klovertel launches its first VoIP Gateway KV900VWL for the Indian Market

Klovertel introduces 8 port Ethernet Switches for the Indian Market

Klovertel supplies its first Voltage Transformers to the Indian PSU’s

Klovertel appointed as Indian Agent of MEN Mikro Elektronik GmbH, Germany

Klovertel appointed as Indian Agent of OEM Technology Solutions PTY LTD, Australia
